We want to make owning a pool or a spa an easy, pleasant experience for you. We offer full service options for your pool or spa -or- if you prefer the DIY way, we can guide you. It’s our pleasure to help you whatever way you choose, to make your pool or spa the place where you want to be.

Weekly, Bi-Weekly (every other week) or Monthly Maintenance programs are available. When we visit, we will analyze a sample of your pool water and add the necessary product(s) to balance your water, thoroughly brush and vacuum the pool, backwash your filter if necessary, and clean out your skimmer baskets. *Please note, for an optimal pool environment, we encourage and recommend our pool owners to provide attention to their pool during the times that we are not servicing it. So, the less frequent you schedule our visits, the more attention your pool will require from you. Let us know if you have any questions. Headed out of town? We can Pool-Sit for you too!

We offer a Full Service Opening Package and a Discount Opening Package.
A full service opening will include: removing, cleaning, folding and storing your pool cover, securing the deck anchors, re-installing deck equipment (ladders, handrails, etc.), removing plugs and gizzmos from pool, installing drain plugs on pump and filter system, re-priming your pump and starting up your system, inspecting your system for proper equipment operation, analyzing your pool water and adding necessary start up products, and brushing, vacuuming and skimming your pool. *Note: Upon opening your pool, we use an independent vacuum system to prevent clogging of your own filtration system and to relieve unnecessary stress on your pump.
A discount opening package does not include the items that are in bold type above.
*Note: Typically, our clients schedule their pool opening to take place during March – June. The earlier in the season that the pool is opened, the easier it is to open and less start-up products will be required to achieve clear, balanced water. The later in the season that the pool is opened, it is more likely for an algae bloom to occur which will require more products and more attention to achieve clear, balanced water.
Our pool closing service includes: analyzing a sample of your pool water, adding necessary products to balance the water, lowering the level of water in the pool, blowing the lines free of water, installing gizzmos in the skimmers and plugging the returns, removing the drain plugs from the filter and pump(s) to prevent water freezing in your equipment, and installing the winter cover on your pool. *Note: your pool can be left open longer with use of a heater.
Over the winter season, we will periodically visit your pool and remove any debris from the cover and adjust the fit of the cover, inspect your filter system, inspect all plugs and gizzmos in pool for proper operation, analyze a sample of your pool water and add necessary products to balance the water, and we will lower the water level if needed. This is a popular service for the peace of mind it provides to our clients, especially if they are out of town.
Typically, vinyl liners need to be replaced in pools about every 10-15 years. This time guide can vary due to a variety of factors such as products used to balance the water, orientation of the pool, and how well the pool was maintained. With our re-liner program, we will pump the water from the pool, remove and dispose of the old liner, and replace any worn out gaskets and face plates. Water to refill, and repair work necessary to pool walls or bottom is performed at an additional charge. Replacing your liner is a wonderful way to rejuvenate your pool and is an excellent time to change the sand in your filter or convert to a new water chemistry program.
We work on a variety of pool equipment and automatic pool cleaners. It is our policy to repair first and replace if necessary. From time to time, it is necessary to replace your pool equipment (or parts thereof). Popular upgrades to pool systems include adding a heat pump or gas heater, an automatic pool cleaner, a salt system, a custom fit nylon mesh safety cover for the winter months (as opposed to using a tarp), or a custom fit solar cover to prevent water evaporation and capture the suns warmth during the summer.
Are you renting, or have you just purchased a home with a pool already installed? Let us know and we can provide on-site instruction to familiarize you with maintaining and operating your pool - everything from equipment operation to balancing your water.
This is an-site meeting in which we inspect integrity of the pool and provide a written report of our findings. This service has been very helpful to sellers, buyers and agents. If you are considering purchasing a home with a pool, we highly recommend this service.
De-stress and Take Care of Yourself! Weekly "Valet" Service, Quarterly Drain and Cleans, and Annual Spa Purge. Let us know what suits your schedule, and we will take care of the rest.
